Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Purifying Gel Cleanser has mixed ratings from users. While the majority (over 80% that we found) were positive, there were enough complaints to warrant caution, especially when combined with the EWG safety rating of 5 - quite high for a "natural" product. (This states clearly on the bottle that it's not 100% natural, which is one thing we do appreciate about Burt's Bees products.) Cost is similar to other natural cleansers, and most users did find it effective. However, when combined with the other ratings and customer complaints about skin irritations and rashes, we had to rank it as a 6. |
