Our Final Assessment:

Physician's Formula Organic Wear Blush in Mauve is not a very well-reviewed product. Of the few reviews we found, most were negative, citing poor coverage and an odd smell. It has rather high rating of 4 in the EWG Cosmetics Safety Database, but it is made with 100% natural ingredients, so it gets our highest "Naturalness" rating. Cost is pretty average for an all-natural blush. But due the on-the-edge safety rating, and poor customer feedback, we had to give this one an overall rating of 4 out of 10.
