Our Final Assessment:

Yes To Baby Carrots Gentle Foaming Shampoo & Body Wash gets high customer reviews based on the few that we found. The EWG site is a little confusing, but we did find the most up-to-date rating with the current ingredients listed on the Yes-To site, so the high rating of 5 seems to be correct. This is a 100% natural product, and cost is similar to other natural baby shampoos and soaps of this type and size. We can't recommend a product with a safety rating this poor, but it seems to be based on the Vitamin A content and the fragrance, which is listed as "all natural," so if this rating changes ours will too.
