"...leaves my skin soft and it absorbs quickly, but most importantly it does not irritate my sensitive dry, itchy skin...."

"...This scent is a little too almondy (and also strongly sweet--I will not replace the bottle again, as I did Passionflower) for me...."

soaks in immediately and moisturizes. One reviewer said they did not like the fragrance. Whereas I love the fragrance...."

Our Final Assessment:

Aubrey Organics Evening Primrose Soothing Moisturizing Lotion gets mixed reviews from users, with a lot of people complaining about the scent. Also some of the reviewers commented they did not like the new formula, but it is hard to tell which formula some of the reviews are referring to. (We have used this one in the old formulation and did not like the scent even then. And I don't like any of the newly formulated Aubrey lotions except for the Unscented - they have a slippery feel and don't absorb that well, and the scents aren't as good as the old formulations.) About 60% of the reviews we found were positive, and most people said it worked well even if they didn't care for the scent. The bottle isn't large for the price, but it is comparably priced to other all-natural body lotions. It has a decent EWG rating of 3, and it is made with 100% natural ingredients, so it gets our highest "Naturalness" rating. We rated it as a 7 overall.
