Our Final Assessment:

Physician's Formula Organic Wear Blush in Rosy gets mixed reviews among users, some of whom liked the light and buildable coverage, and others of whom complained it was too light, and did not like the smell. We couldn't find a ton of reviews, but what we round were about half-and-half. It has rather high rating of 4 in the EWG Cosmetics Safety Database, but it is made with 100% natural ingredients, so it gets our highest "Naturalness" rating. Cost is pretty average for an all-natural blush. But due the on-the-edge safety rating, and mixed customer feedback, we give this one an overall rating of 6.5.
